How fast can you get here for a no-heat call?
For heating emergencies in our core foothills area, our average on-site time is about two hours, and often faster off-peak. No-heat calls always jump ahead of routine appointments.
Do you charge to come out and diagnose the problem?
There is a flat diagnostic fee that we tell you upfront when you book, and it is waived entirely if you move forward with the repair. You approve any repair price before we start work.
Should I repair my old furnace or replace it?
A good rule of thumb: if the repair is more than a third of replacement cost and the unit is past 15 years, replacement usually wins on efficiency. We will give you both numbers honestly and let you decide, no pressure.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes. We offer financing with approved credit, including low-and no-interest plans on qualifying high-efficiency systems, plus help claiming any available rebates.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Every technician is NATE-certified, background-checked, and fully insured. We are a licensed Colorado HVAC contractor and carry both liability and workers’ comp coverage.
